Q: What is your return policy?
A: Please read our return policy by clicking here.  

Q: How long does an item stay in my shopping cart?
A: Items stay in your shopping cart for a maximum of 1 hour. If you haven’t made the purchase within that 1 hour of placing the item in your cart, it will be removed.

Q: How do I cancel an order?
A: You will be emailed a link to your order's receipt after purchase. On your receipt you will see the "Cancel This Order" button.  You will not be able to cancel an order that has been shipped.

Q: How long does it take to ship an order?
A: Most products are shipped within 1-4 days after the order has been placed. The longer times usually occur if the order is placed on the weekend or on a holiday.

Q: Who do your shipping quotes apply to?
A: Our shipping quotes apply only to those that live within the 48 continental United States. Please contact us for a quote if you do not live within this section of the United States.
